Put some random words together and you can topsy-turvy someone’s world.
No + matter + what is too powerful of a combination to be used around often. We might not be ready to bear the responsibility that comes with it.
Just think about it: would you go toward a goal despite the loss encountered on the way?
Would you hold on to a belief no matter the arguments against it?
Would you deny a mistake even if it’s evident?
But, most importantly, would you be there for someone else no matter what?
If everyone admits to having a “no matter what” limit – no matter what, except sickness; no matter what, without the honesty; no matter what, minus the commitment – the phrase itself becomes useless.
I wonder how many similar responsibilities we take on every day, without realizing the nothingness they bear.
